Project summary:
Ski Independence is a ski holiday company specialising in travel to North America. *greenparka was asked to design and develop an innovative, compelling and dynamic website for them.
Objective:
To create a site which would position the company in the top tier of online travel companies, providing a flexible structure to the site and giving the company the ability to maintain the site in-house.
Solution:
*greenparka designed a visual look and feel which was energetic, atmospheric and evocative. A customer database was created as part of the solution to enable direct marketing activity to become core to the company's communication. Email marketing is now used to great effect to keep customers informed. The content management system put into place enables Ski Independence to keep the site constantly up to date.
Benefit:
*greenparka's web solution promoted and grew sales of Ski Independence ski travel products. The customer database has grown to over 10,000 registrants and accounts for a significant portion of the business.
