UBS TRITON PROPERTY FUND ANNUAL REPORT 2004

Graphic Partners has recently designed and produced the Annual Report for UBS Global Asset Management's flagship balanced property fund, the Triton Property Fund ('Triton'). UBS Global Asset Management is a Business Group of UBS, one of the world's largest financial firms and, as a leading asset manager, has more than £275 billion funds under management.

Distributed to Triton's UK and international unitholders, the report serves a dual purpose as both a reporting document and a marketing tool, communicating the key underlying messages of the Triton property team at the time whilst providing a comprehensive update of the Fund for the period under review.

Graphic Partners developed the theme 'in good hands' to convey the team's key messages for this year, namely superior service, property expertise and a strong investment team, all of which serve to reassure investors in the Fund. A series of emotive black and white images of hands by Robbie Smith were used throughout the document to illustrate the concept and capture the reader's interest.
